COPE-D: COgnition and Patient Education – Digitalized

COPE-D develops the first web-based health platform for cognition that

  1. Standardizes and streamlines assessments for neuropsychologists.
  2. Empowers patients by providing access to their data. Additional patient education material is personalized and adapted to their cognitive deficit, promoting understanding and engagement in rehabilitation.

COPE-D improves quality of care, patient rehabilitation involvement and saves healthcare costs.
