This project explores the development of an AI-powered support tool for caregivers of children on the autism spectrum. Based on in-depth user research, it identifies caregivers’ unmet needs for emotional support, timely guidance, and personalized resources. The solution aims to offer instant, context-aware assistance through conversational AI, backed by a knowledge base curated with healthcare experts. By combining human-centered design, behavior insights, and scalable technology, the project envisions a digital companion that empowers caregivers to navigate daily challenges with confidence, ultimately improving care outcomes and caregiver well-being.
